ABOUT US
I started Kreative Hands in 2001 from my home-based studio in Woodland Hills, California, with a passion to “kreate” and make a difference in people’s lives.
As a busy mother raising twins with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Design Certification from Southern California School of Floral Design, I've learned over the years to reuse, re imagine and reshape traditional floral arrangements into one of a kind masterpieces.
What used to be a small flame of passion has grown tremendously over the years through collaboration with family members and friends that make a talented and passionate team of designers and stylists:
I feel beyond blessed that Kreative Hands has grown from my vision to a family and friend business where we lend our “kreative” hands to support one another to “kreate” masterpieces meeting our clients’ wishes and vision. Additionally, the friendships that I have found through this business fulfill my heart every single day, as the connection remains way after the event is over.
Why Kreative hands?
If you are looking for people to work with who take the time to make every detail count and focus on one client at a time to make their event a singular work of art, Kreative Hands is for you.
We will make magic happen
Do you have a vision in mind but you don't know where to start? Or do you have a vision but you are low on budget? We have a “kreative knack” that we can use with whatever you have available at the location to upcycle it into new creations that fit your budget. “Kreating” arrangements from fresh produce to old bark or candle stands to repurposing old wine bottles or incorporating emotionally valuable artifacts that make a difference in people’s lives, creating outside the box kind of ideas are just a moment away for Kreative Hands team!

MEET THE TEAM
Srini Perera - The Heart of Kreative Hands
Without Srini’s kreative hands, there would not be business. Her unique creative flair, a kind heart and willingness to bring her clients’ floral wishes come true is what makes her the heart of the business. |
Jeneeka Perera - The Kreative Artist
Srini’s daughter Jeneeka brings her bubbly energy and bright smile to the team. She shares a passion for kreating in various ways from sketching and designing clothes, crafting accessories or exploring through cooking, carrying the essence of kreative hands in her heart. |
Pat Pantumangual - Thai Design Guru
Being a Thai native, Pat carries her profound love for flowers to Kreative Hands. Pat is a floral expert. When it comes to boutonnieres, flower crowns, bouquets and little details, Pat gets the ideas and vision down to the very last detail. Alex Austin - Portrait Photographer
Our sweetheart photographer Alex works diligently through the day for our photoshoots. She can often be seen on her feet, kneeling on the ground, finding that perfect angle to capture Kreative Hands floral kreations. |
Essi Auguste Virtanen - Copy Editor & Web Designer
Essi, originally from Finland, gets a buzz from details in copy editing and enjoys bringing the Kreative Hands brand story to life across online platforms. Srini and Essi met at a networking event in LA in 2018 and have been working together ever since, even from an ocean apart. |
Kristin Hayes - Artist
Kristin assists Srini in styling sessions and works diligently in the wee hours of the night just because she has the love and passion for it. She can kreate anything, and if she doesn’t, she will find a way to educate herself and kreate amazing things from nothing! Ana Castillo - Writer
Ana, originally from Colombia, is the latest addition to our Kreative Hands family. She brings Kreative Hands blooming moments to life through her beautiful verbal expression. The unique client stories deserve to be remembered, and Ana makes sure they do in the most picturesque way. |
